Birmingham Education Partnership and Arts Connect are delivering an online workshop for Primary Teachers, which explores the role of the Primary Arts Coordinator and how it can strengthen Arts Provision, whilst also supporting school improvement.

The workshop will include: how to develop the role of primary arts Lead/Coordinator; auditing provision; planning for and tracking progression; commissioning artists and developing your school’s CPD.

We will also be looking at how Artsmark and Arts Award can be used to maximum effect to further strengthen a school’s Arts and Cultural provision.

The session will provide practical action planning and an opportunity to share issues and solutions with colleagues.
